Men’s houppelande (long)

The houppelande is a surcoat worn from the second half of the 14th century until the early 15th century.
They are particularly fashionable between 1390 and 1410.

Many variations are possible in length, sleeves, type of opening, or type of collar.

The houppelande offered here is a standard model, mid-thigh length (total length < 150 cm), sleeves with a default opening of 100 cm, split collar buttoned with 8 buttons, lined.
The seams are not visible, except at the buttonholes.
